Bottle at home, black beer, small head. Aroma is roast, chocolate, sweet, liquorice, malt, coffee. Taste is the same, sweet, malt, roast, chocolate, liquorice, hint of coffee. nice one

Bottle from a local bottle shop. Yeasty and spicy aroma with sweet sugary fruits, pale malt including oats, some esters, more spicy notes, light banana and a hint of alcohol, Flavour is sweet with a light bitterness. Body is medium. A bit sugary for my taste, otherwise pretty standard Tripel, can't really fault this.

Bottle from a local bottle shop. Fairly characteristic Dubbel aroma with brown malt, caramel, some yeast, a spicy touch, notes of brown sugar, dried fruits and raisins. Flavour is sweet and light bitter. Medium body. Pretty drinkable Dubbel overall, not bad.

Bottle from a local bottle shop. Spicy malty aroma with caramel, brown malt, gale, dark bread, and a hint of chocolate. Flavour is sweet with a light bitterness. Body is medium, should be a bit more full to accomodate aroma and flavour methinks. Sweet malts and spices, flawed but not bad.

Bottle from a local bottle shop. Aroma is malt, spicy yeast, oats, soft fruity notes with some orange, sugar. Flavour is medium sweet and light bitter. Body is medium. Not bad, but I think the added sugar put the sweetness over the top.
