Quite hoppy aroma for a saison. some tropical fruit, and some wheat, and yeast. reminds me alot of a tripel actually, minus the booze. grassy hop finish, with more yeasty esters.

Piña sour. Hazy, pale amber, medium head. Thin head. Light body, mellow tartness, light pineapple. Straightforward, balanced.

Hazy, amber, bubbly thin head. Buttery, and bitter. There’s some pine, and a decent malt base. Sort of weird to get diacetyl on a cold IPA.

On tap. Pours a copper color with light head. Aromas of toasted malts. Flavors of same. Hops? Can’t detect any from a flavor perspective. Very Simple. Homebrew level.

On tap. Pours a copper color with light head. Aromas of bready malts, a bit of cardboard and hints of pine and fruit. Flavors of toasted malts, bitter grapefruit and a bit of pine.

Poured from the tap. Clear-ish amber gold with small white head. Bready malt, some esters, mild dry pine hops. the sweet bubblegum esters on the taste bring it down on a notch.
