From bomber to pint glass. Mostly moderate high caramel and bread malt with restrained perfume and floral hops. Pours a hazy, deep orange with full off-white head that lingered throughout the entire pour. Taste has more of a cracker malt aspect that is moderate high, and moderate low floral hops. A little fleshiness/meat appears as it warmed. There is a fairly high amount of residual sweetness here, and the bitterness is moderate to moderate low. The yeast lends some chewiness to lead to a moderate mouthfeel. Some light citrus hops (orange) also began to show near the end of the bottle as it increased to room temperature.

On tap at Yard House - Long Beach, August 2014. Golden with a small white head. Artificial strawberries both in the aroma and taste. Also some light hops and malt. Sweet with a light mouthfeel.

On tap at the brewpub. A clear golden beer with a small white head. Peaches, pine cones and lemon peel in the aroma. Dry on the palate, pleasant carbonation. Bitter flavor with a good dose of fruits. Peaches, orange and lemon. Some pine cones too. Long finish. A nice and tasteful ipa. 130812
