On tap, although I have seen bottles. Pours with a clear golden body and a ring of head. Strong strawberry and lightly grainy aroma. Was told by the brewer that this was the Marathon with strawberries. Sure tastes like it. Taste is strawberry and lightly harsh grains. Thin and fizzy mouthfeel.

On tap. Pours with a white ring and a golden body. Decent lace. Aroma of citrus and light pine. Taste is citrusy with medium to high carbonation. Fizzy really. Not amazing, but a basic pale.

On tap. Pours with a clear golden body and no real head. Aroma of corn, and light noble hops. Taste is a little harsh up front with corn and straw. Husky. Light fruit notes. Thin and fizzy.

Draft at the brewpub, listed as Belmont strawberry blonde. A light yellow beer with a lazing white head. The aroma is sweet malty with strong notes of strawberries. The flavor is sweet malty with strong notes of strawberries - a bit too much for me, leading to a dry straw finish.

From tap at the brewpub, on the list as Belmont strawberry blonde. Pours clear and pale yellow with a lacing white head. Sweet and citric strawberry aroma. Dense strawberry fruity flavour. Doesn’t seem 100% natural but it certainly works out okay as a refreshing drink.

Super blonde coloured body, slightly hazy with a light white head. Aroma of light fruits, strawberries, caster sugar and a pale malt with a tiny amount of hops. Light-bodied; Nice pale maltiness with some sugars noticeable along with a faint fruityness and very little else. Aftertaste shows more of the same with a little more malt and fruit coming out. Overall, this one failed to live up to any expectations, just because it was from SD. I sampled this 65 cL bottle purchased from a small liquor store near Hodad’s in Ocean Beach, San Diego, California on 03-December-2005.

Draught at the Bonaventure, Los Angeles. Hazy pale golden, no head. Tutti Frutti aroma. Sweet with clean mouthfeel and light bodied. Sticky strawberry jam accompanied only by metal. No bitterness. Sickening. Why?

Aroma of strawberry when the cap popped off. In the level glass a kind of grassy, grainy aroma, sort of like swill lager, was noticeable. Kind of interfered with the strawberry. Strawberry gains prominence as the glass is tilted to drink. Paleish gold color with a white head that didn’t last. Starts with strawberry, followed by very light malt, finishing somewhat dry, with bitter and strawberry. The bitter is a bit like strawberry seeds (crushed in the mouth). Good for a fruit beer. Pool brew. Mild carbonation.

Draft. straw/lt golden colored beer with a whitish head. Big strawberry aroma. Malt flavor with a strawberry/mineral finish. Strawberry lingers.

Bottle. Very pale straw colored beer with a thin white head. Aroma has some malt and a bit of fruitiness. Flavor isn’t quite there. Some strawberry that lingers on and isn’t bad, but otherwise low malt, very weak flavored beer if a bit of sweetness.
