Bottle. Almost clear, deep red body with a small pink head. Aroma is medium acidic with raspberries and ripe berries in general. Flavor has the same berries/raspberries dominance and lots of acidity. Medium body and acidic aftertaste. Very fresh, but a bit one-dimensional and acidic for my taste.

Olmost black with a brown head - Dark malt , wood barrel , chocolate and nutty aroma - Dark malt body with wood barrel flavours, some chocolate adn nutty hints with alcohol heat - Malt wood barrel and alcohol heat goes into the finish - This was good

Oransje-brun farge med hvitt skum. Ser bra ut. Lukter tropiske frukter, grapefrukt og noe urter. Smaker grapefrukt, malt og sitrus i avslutningen.

Bottle from the lcbo. Dark brown pour, medium beige head. Aroma is quite sweet, loads of bread, solid grains, huge sweet, sticky malty notes. Full mouth feel, soft carb. Low bitterness, sweet caramel, sweet toffee, sticky syrupy sweet groans and breads. It's like drinking carbonated malt extract. A malty treat.

Well this is an interesting impy stout. Aroma is very smokey. Burnt, chocolate, burnt coffee, and lots of burn malt. Flavour is quite malty with this distinct flavour i enjoy, and i’ve had it in a few other beers..........buti can’t put my finger on what it is. Finish is bitter, and ends withmore burnt chocolate, and coffee. My description is really lacking, but all i know is this is a wonderful beer, and i really enjoyed it.

a thick woody aroma. lots of burnt woods, and roasted burnt malt. loads of burnt wood flavour, and more burnt malt, this is super malty, and is dominated by wood. interesting, but quite one dimensional.

ONe word sums up this beer.......robust! Smells big time of roasted malt, and coffee, with a touch of ripe fruit. Flavour is very roasty, and smokey, with a nice roasted malt finish. great chocolate, and coffee flvours, they mingle nicely. Great stuff!
