The aroma is full with apricots, apples, coriander, fresh Belgian yeasty spices, a touch of wheat and a thin layer of grain. It has a smooth blended flavor pulling up the fruity notes and spices and moving into smooth yet solid wheat. The flavors become more and more grainy into the finish and seem to round this thing out nicely.

22 fl.oz bottle. Black body with a big foamy brown head. Aroma is roasted malt and spices like ginger, cinnamon, cardamoms, anis and cloves. Flavor is sweet and roasted malt, a hint of acid, balanced bitter and same spices as aroma. A flavorful and very pleasant beer that gives a Christmas feeling.

Draft. Amber beer with an off-white head. Grapefruit and light yeast aroma. Grapefruit and light pine flavor with light malt and light yeast. Medium bodied. Nice bitterness. Grapefruit and light pine lingers.

Bottle 22fl.oz.Clear dark dark red brown color with a large, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light brown head. Aroma is moderate to heaavy malty, dark roasted, coffee, spicy, coriander, cinnamon, cardamom, pumpkin notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, pumpkin - cardamom, peppery finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, not very balancede - messy. [20091123]

Black with a large deep beige head. Sweet aroma with hard roasted malt, cardemum, ginger and hints of coffee. Sweet flavour with ginger, cardemum and hard roasted malt. One weird stout.

Bottled. A pitch black beer with a huge brown head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, soy sauce, chocolate, and wood. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of wood and dark bitter chocolate, as well as medium notes of roasted malt and spices - cardemomme and some cinnamon, leading to a dry spicy, roasted, and woody finish.
