0.5 l tall bottle with a corkscrew. Clear pale golden, oily texture. Aroma is camomile tea with honey. Flavour is some honey brandy with a hint of dried fruit and alcohol. Light body, soft texture, warming. A hint of ripe apple in the finish. Not too sweet.

0.5l bottle, no clue where from. Clear pale golden body. Odd apple meat aroma, alcohol. Lean, dry taste, dried out honey, bit tart, vanilla, yogurty slightly, sugary, some odd caramel notes. Unappealing, sadly.

500ml bottle from... dunno where, I think maybe Žatecká Dočesná. Huh. Paaaaale healthy urine appearance, golden-yellow. Meringue, sugary aroma, alcohol, Loz might be on point saying with "kiwi"? Sweet taste, vanilla, honey, creamy fruity notes, yeah, WATERMELON! Not kiwi, sweet watermelon! I mean, I don't hate it, it's just... what?!

Sunday morning tasting session. Looks like water with legs. Light boozy, sakelike actually. Tastes like sugar beaten with egg whites, sticky honey and the promise of a headache.

December 2nd, almost forgotten tick. Panák from a bottle, courtesy of Daniel K, his bro and friend at the Nalévárna. This is the mead available there, which I ignored convinced I'd had it before. Welp, seems not. Dark golden body, sweet honey taste with vanilla notes, sweet, full honey taste, sugary with vanilla notes. I mean... they are right, this is bang for buck a very decent choice if you like very sweet mead and vanilla. Hah. Very, very simple, but it is exactly what it says it is.

# 4475; 12/2024. Honey, light spicy and alcohol aroma. Brilliant gold body. Honey, alcohol, light spicy. Good industrial fortified mead. 0,1 l from 0,5 l of clear-glass bottle, shared drink.

Bottled. Golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is honey, some peach, mild spiciness to it. Flavour is peach, apricot, honey and some slight spicy tones. Mild warming alcohol.

# 3105; 7/2022. Aroma of honey, caramel and slightly herbs. Brilliant copper body. Sweet, caramel, honey, alcohol. Harsch alcohol warmth finish. Little bit too much artefecial, mass-produced mead. 0,1 l sample from 0,5 l bottle; clear glass bottle, supermarket, Pilsen (Bohemia, CZ).

Sample at the Chodské slávnosti 2021, Domažlice. Dark golden body. Simple, highly effective mead. Pistacchio ice cream going towards marzipan in the aroma. Sweetish marzipan - pistacchio ice cream taste. Simple, just lovely, hitting all the right spots for me.
