Pours dark orange from the bottle. Head is fluffy and lingers. Lots of evident sediment that hangs in a sort of suspended animation before settling slowly on the bottom of the glass. Scary. Aroma is a cornucopia of pineapple, grapefruit and floral notes set atop a malt background. Well done. The taste follows through on the rich abundance that greets the nose. Dry, lightly bitter, with both Pils and Weizen malts. The caramel is evident, as well as tropical fruit and a sort of bready, yeasty undertone. Quite a mix but it comes together surpisingly well. The finish is peppery and bittersweet. I really liked this one and will be looking to try another bottle.

Malt-fruity flavours of bread, caramel, pine, and peaches followed by a bittersweet tail. Medium bodied. Decent apa (Cabin, Elbe Princesse, doced in Berlin-Tegel 07.07.2016).
