Bottle from Craft Beer Kontor, Hannover. Nice fresh souring beginning. The beer is smooth and mild, the sourness is not too shy. Nice souring even in the aftertaste, refreshing and quite sour for this style. The smooth lactic-sourness is a bit low, a more vinegar/acid like sourness is dominating. Long mild and sour aftertaste. Interesting one.

Bottle at Erzbierschof Monday Club. Some mellow roasted malts, mocca with some hops. Rather thin and watery body, yet still mocca flavours, some caramel. Light acidity. Surprisingly crisp carbonation. Works.
