At Kolding Ølmesse.Hazy dark brown colour with light brown head.Aroma is mild rosted and with taste of caramel and brown bread.smooth mouthfells and well balanced with soft finish.

At Kolding Ølmesse.Hazy brown colour wirh offpbeige head.Aroma is sweet of citrus and hops.Flavor is fruity with note of caramel and wood nice refreshing finish.

Bottle at Kolding ølmesse, 2009. Pours muddy orange with a small bubbly head. Hoppy nose and taste. Pine and grapefruit. Fresh US hops. Balanced with a whiff of caramel and toffee. Dry lasting hoppy finish. Very drinkable.

Bottle at Kolding ølmesse, 2009. Pours cloudy orange with a full creamy white head and lacings. Nose is floral & fruity hoppy. Crisp and hoppy taste backed up by caramel malts. Medium and smooth palate. Nice.

Bottled. A pitch black beer with a brown head. The aroma is sweet with notes of roasted malt as well as lighter notes of soy sauce. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of hard roasted malt and lighter notes of soy sauce, leading to a dry roasted finish.

Cloudy golden with a medium white head. Flavour was mild hoppy with caramel and malty notes. Finished bitter.

(Old notes, bottle at One Pint, Helsinki, at the end of 2007) Strong malty flavour with some fruitiness and citric flavours from hops. Towards the end the bitterness and fruitiness grow more intense.

Draught at EBF 2008, Copenhagen, Denmark. Unclear hazy medium yellow color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate to heavy yeasty, banana, camomile. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet with a average to long duration. Camomile sweet. Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. [120908]

this beer is alive! after opening, foam kept coming out for 5 minutes, pitch black and sizable brown head still after 5 min. aroma is licorice, roasted grains, coffee and slight hops. very dry real nice aroma, flavor is lots of roasted grains, much english licorice, vanilla, caramel, sugar. nice crafted brew. overall :delicious, except my laptop thought it was too lively as i opened it with the closed laptop below. (don’t ask why)
