12oz can. Easy drinking, decent enough Wheat Ale. Pleasant balance. Not much to hide behind, simple grains, mild hops. Not great, but better than I expected it to be.

Aromas are malt, circus peanuts and a bit of wintergreen. Flavors are similar to nose, loses the circus peanuts and gets a bit caramel. Bittersweet with okay body and carbonation. Thankfully not too sweet. Not bad not great.

Caramel overload. Sweet. Unique. Can almost see the caramel in the beer.

12oz can. Brandy barrel aged Imperial Porter. Very brandy forward, boozy. Chocolate malts balance it out. Thankfully a more reasonable ABV than most barrel aged beers in 2025. OK.

12oz. A bit cloudy golden colour, small white head and lace. A bit danky, fruity and even breadty aroma. Medium-bodied. Sweetish fruity, some grapefruit and some alcohol. Okish.

12 ounce can from Total Wine Apppleton, 4/2/25. Dark brown, large tan head, average retention. Aroma of roast, mineral notes, chocolate. Taste is roast, nuts, chocolate. Kinda thin.

19 oz tall boy. Aromas are slightly old resin hops with some grapefruit and wet grain. Flavors are similar to nose, on the sweet side and no sign of weed. Full bodied with okay carbonation. Bittersweet finish follows flavors. Glad I tried it once, don't want another. I remember when these guys were pretty good but not so much anymore.

12oz can. Has that chocolate syrup tone, but otherwise a pretty reasonable Porter. Big, steady, beige head. Aroma isn't so appealing, but the flavors are a little more reasonable. Not enough balance or enjoyable facets to ever consider revisiting.

Not bad, not great. Kind of a cross between a British IPA and an American IPA. Poured with a cream colored foamy frothy head that dies down to a scummy thin cover and some lace. Color is a clear light to medium colored amber. Aroma is light hop with malt and a bit of caramel. Flavor is a mildly assertive, somewhat piney hop and some malt and caramel. Body is decent with good carbonation. Finish is like flavor with the pine standing out along with a little caramel.

It’s gotta be me, as I just don’t get a lot of flavor out of this. Poured perhaps a bit cold with a modest light tan head that soon settled and some lace. Color is a clear mahogany with some bubble trails. Aroma is very malty, toffee, caramel, hint of smoke, grain. Flavor’s kind of bland; not as pronounced as nose, some tang up front, only a suggestion of scotch ale. Body/carbonation are excellent. Finish is like flavor, a slightly nuttiness lingers and that’s it. Meh.
