Smells fruity and tart. I note lemon, apricots, that's aboot it.
Taste is lemon, apricot, apple cider, tart, not complex but it doesn't need to be. Fine as is.

On tap at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Hazy and very pale yellow, large white head. Aroma of lactic acid, hints of passionfruit, oranges and guava. Sour and refreshing flavour, very citric, also plenty of lactic acid, hints of passionfruit and guava.

Keg at Muted Horn, Berlin, 11/07/19. Lightly hazed golden yellow with a white head. Nose is tangy passionfruit, citric tinged straw, damp hay, light pissoi. Taste comprises guava, balsa wood, damp straw, lemon drizzle, mango sorbet. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a modest pucker. Not bad.
