Aroma is moderate malty, hay, caramel, moderate to light light heavy hoppy, pine, orange, mandarin, spicy - anis notes. Cloudy amber with a tiny off white head. Grainy aroma with herbal and mild hoppy notes. Flavour had grassy hops, grains, herbs and toasted malt. Finished dry and bitter with a spicy touch.

Near black with a medium beige head. Sweet aroma with roasted malt, coffee and liquerice. Flavour was sweet with hard roasted malt, coffee, english liquerice and hints of hops. Finished dry.

Clear mahogany with a medium off white head. Sweet aroma with roasted malt, caramel, cardemum and mild hops. Flavour was sweet with roasted malt, caramel, cardemum, chocolate and toffee. Finished sweet.

Cloudy deep amber with a medium off white head. Sweet and fruity aroma with toasted malt and caramel notes. Sweet flavour with hops, pine, grapefruits, caramel and toasted malt. Finished bitter though sweet. Needed to some dryness.
