Bottle. An almost clear beer, copper-colored, and topped by a beige head soon diminishing. Citrusy, soapy nose with candy-like sweetness and some caramel. It’s quite sweet in the mouth, yet dryish, with a little bitterness. Somthing spiced too, just a hint, not sure what, but slightly peppery, cinnamon-lik. Short finish, medium body. A drinkable beer indeed, but boring indeed. 100618

Bottle. A clear brown beer topped by a dense finger-thick beige head. Slightly roasted nose with caramel and some dried fruits. A little hoppynes too. Surprisingly there’s some alcohol too. Sweet in the mouth, medium body and pleasant carbonation. Some bitterness to combat the sweetness. A quite decent one, probably in need of something to eat. 100618

Bottle. It’s a clear, golden beer topped by a minimal off-white head. Dusty, chalky nose with lemon peel. Some pilsner notes in the background. Very sour flavor, quite thin and dry, with lemon peel and acid. Sour finish with some bitterness. Overall, a horrific beer gone very bad months before it’s best by-date. 100601

Bottle. A dark brown beer, next to black, and topped by a dense finger-thick beige head. The aroma has a good dash of coffee, some chocolate and lots of roasted malts. Full-bodied and quite sweetish, with coffee and chocolate. Full-bodied and quite dry. Roasted finish. A quite nice stout, definately not world class, but easy drinkable and quite tasteful. 100522
