Raphaël Mettler and his team have been brewing beer with a passion since 2003, and their enthusiasm is eminently contagious: the Trois Dames beers from Ste-Croix challenge the taste buds and flatter the eye, and that is exactly what makes them original. We believe in making a top-notch product, the reason why we carefully select fresh ingredients.

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy dark orange with a small white head. Aroma is fruity and light spiced. Malty note too. Crisp hoppy and light malty flavoured. Mild citric note and sweet malty. Lingering fruity note into the finish.b

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy dark brown withh a small off-white head. Aroma is spiced, roasted malty and light hoppy fruity. Sweet, fruity, peachy and grapefruity. Dry and crisp fruity lingering into the far finish.

cloudy yellow, small smooth white head. aroma is slightly citrussy, yeast.. flavor is nicely citrussy, faint yeasty. very fresh.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt, straw, and a bit of citrus. The flavor is sweet and slightly acidic with notes of malt, brettanomyces, and straw, leading to a bitter finish. Thanks fiulijn for this beer.

cloudy brown, smooth yellow head. aroma is medium strong, fruity, bitterfruity. flavor is hoppy, flowery, faint fruity. quite nice hoppy ale, aslo caramel and sweet malts.

Bottled. A dark brown beer with a huge brown head. The aroma has strong notes of citrusy hops, caramel, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, dusty hops, and caramel, leading to a dry bready finish. Thanks fiulijn for this beer.
