750 ml bottle, from SPAR Nå. ABV is 4.7%. Deep golden to orange colour, pours sparkling with a moderate and shortlived white head. Moderate aroma of sweet apples. Flavour of sweet apples, a strange off-flavour of broth / meat stock in the background. Won't buy again.

YG 241121. Dark golden color with no head. Aroma is funk, apples. Flavor is apples, sourness, funk, cellar notes, oxidation, grass. A little bit weird.

750 ml bottle, from SPAR Nå i Hardanger. ABV is 4.7%. Still cider, deep golden colour with a reddish hue. Dull aroma, notes of wet and dusty basement, hints of cowshed. Dull flavour too, lacks the right apple freshness, too little alcohol. Oxidised. Won't buy again - you'll find much better ciders than this one in Hardanger.

Bottle, 75cl. A clear, still, dark golden colored cider. Quite funky on the nose, horse blanket, cellar, overripe fruit, apple pie hints, some vinegar and grass, and some prune hints. It's medium to full-bodied, soft and still on the palate, with a light vinegar-ish sourness. The flavor has a bit too much vinegar I think, it's funky, with lots of overripe fruit, some prune and grass, and an almost berryish touch. A bit short finish. Guess this one's a bit love or hate, but I can't decide which direction to go. Ended somewhere in the middle though. 211124

Bottle, 75cl. It's an almost clear one, lightly orange in color, lightly carbonated and headless. Lightly funky aroma with lots of ripe apple. Grass, autumn evening orchard, apple cores, some apple jam and a light touch of sugar. It's full-bodied, lightly warming, with a nice carbonation. Dry. Ripe apples, fresh apples, leathery funk, some lemon, a spiced and earthy touch and grass. Lasting finish. A very pleasant one indeed, love the light funk and the traditional approach. 210908

Bottle. Clear golden body with a fast-disappearing white head. Very nice apple aroma, clean, fresh apples, apple core and hint of cellar notes. Taste is also nice with a rich and balancing sweet and acidic apple flavor that ends a bit on the dry side. Nice one.
