Bottle. Clear golden body without any head (still cider). Aroma is pure apple with some cellar notes and no Sulphur. Taste is medium sweet apple, apple core, ripe apple and some mild acidity that creates a god balance here. Medium body and nice aftertaste. Nice, quiet clean apple cider made with a wide selection of apple varieties creating a certain complexity without any other flavors than apple. Highly enjoyable.

Bottle. It pours an almost clear body, golden in color, with a few white bubbles on top. The aroma has a bit too much sulphur and chicken farm, but there's plenty of apple flavor too. Fresh, ripe apples, apple cores and grass. It's full-bodied, lightly warming and semi-dry, with some chicken farm notes and funk in the flavor, but mostly ripe apple and apple pie. Grass notes and some hay hints. Not bad this one, but it feels a bit too unclean funky. 210613

Eplesortene skal ilfg etiketten være Rød Aroma, Rød Prins, Discovery, Bramley, James Grieve og franske ciderepler. Kompleks aroma og smak med hint av kanel/krydder og lær. Halvtørr og lett musserende. Elegant og lett animerende.

350 ml clear screwcap bottle, as Hardanger Cideri Sider frå Hardanger Tradisjonell Stille Eplesider Tørr, from Vinmonopolet. ABV is 7%. Apple varieties used are Red Aroma, Red Prins, Discovery, James Grieve and Bramley. Golden colour, no carbonation. Aroma of sour and bitter apples also mould and wood. Dry flavour, notes of bitter and slightly sour apples, more bitter than I expected. A hint of sulphites.
