On tap at their Tap Room, thx Timo & Fabi! Murky brown body, dark off-white head, thick. Herbal, citrusy and floral notes, surprisingly, in the aroma, along with the coconut. Light, smooth taste, coconut, light yeastiness, some light herbal hoppiness. Not flashy, but quite a drinkable, very non-pastry take!

On tap at their Tap Room, thx Timo & Fabi! Hazy golden body, off-white head. Big citrusy-herbal hoppy blast in the aroma backed by bergamot. Similar notes in the taste, just slightly dialed down - bergamot and likely some hoppy citrusy touches, herbal notes, solid sourness, light estery notes to show it IS in fact a saison underneath. Lovely, highly drinkable for me!

On tap at their Tap Room, thx Manuele for sharing! Golden body, off-white head. Guava dominates the candyish aroma. Sour guava candy in the taste, light lactic saliva, bit salty. Actual sour, which is respectable, didn't go in the stupidly sweet direction. Lucky to have caught it too I reckon, the last keg if I remember correctly!

On tap at their Tap Room, thx Timo & Fabi! Blackish body, off-white head. Coffee, black malts and light herbal touches in the dry aroma. Lean, dry taste, black malt notes, some black malt tartness even. Very simple, clean, drinkable, but not my type of malt profile really.

Dry taste, low pear esters, light floral and herbal hoppiness, slightly minerally. Low bitterness. Clean, chuggable, they hit the spot they were aiming at perfectly! Will it be the most interesting beer of your day? Unlikely. Will it be one of those you'll probably want to repeat? Probably!

Distinct, intensive grapefruit notes, citrusy with a herbal hint, in the aroma, with some light stone fruit following. Grapefruit dominates the soft, dry, bitterish taste as well, juicy. Lovely stuff, nice job guys!

Tap at the Alte Börse. Murky golden body, off-white head. Apricot, peach and tons of sugar in the aroma. Peachy taste, sourish, more than enough sugar, bit herbal, sour candy vibes. Fun.

Frischer, mild säuerlicher Beginn. Spritzig, feinherb, seifig, spritzig. Hefig, minimal bitter, rund. Mittellanger Abgang. 9/10/8/10/10//9
