Sample at Collaboration Fest on 03/19/2016. Clear pale golden color with a medium thin white head that recedes gradually to an outer ring. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of grassy hops, malt and fruit. Light to medium body with flavors of grassy hop, bready malt and a bit of fruit. The finish is mildly bitter with a slightly spiced hops aftertaste. Decent overall.

12oz can lake side at Catamount Reservoir. Can’t tell you how it looks. Smells like a standard kolsch, some metal notes, some mild biscuit, a little butter, some straw. Flavor has lemon, straw, biscuit, butter, a little apricot. Watery finish.

A very nice IPA with a decent aroma but little head. Lots of hops layered on each other with a very dry hoppy finish. Sometimes a little overbearing, but definitely drinkable.

Somewhere: Pours golden with white head. Aroma is lightly applish and bready. Easy to drink. Light malty ale with the characteristics Kolsch aspects. Nothing offensive, but nothing memorable either.
