3rd August 2025 Panda thanks to Wingman. A medium haze on this amber brown beer, small and short lived pale tan head. Light palate, mildly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Thin bodied malts, a little caramel and cream, fair bit of rich honey sweetness. The honey goes reasonably well with a soft but rich bourbon soaked ripe fruity vine. Light and semi dry finish. Tidy and drinkable if not super mature and complex.
3rd August 2025 Panda thanks to Wingman. Near opaque dark brown beer, decent bubbly dark tan head. Airy palate, semi dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light bodied dark malts. Decent dark chocolate, a little thin dark malt cream. Whisper of milk chocolate where the modest vanilla intersects. Nicely integrated earthy espresso coffee underneath. The normal rich fruity bourbon on the back end. Nice. Nothing unusual or outstanding here, just a nice adjunct bba Impy.
30th July 2025 Panda thanks to Wingman. Opaque black brown beer with a small bubbly dark tan head. Remarkably light palate for the hefty abv. Decent fine carbonation. Thin bodied dark malts but punching hard with good dark chocolate. The double barrelling brings an abundant and pleasing savoury woodiness. Rich bourbon soaked ripe fruits, Cognac plays second fiddle but enriches marvellously! Fairly light finish brings a little bitterness. A superior brew that drinks way to easy for it's post vino abv.
30th July 2025 Panda thanks to Wingman. Pretty much an opaque dark brown beer, good bubbly dark tan head. Light palate all told, but smooth in the mid, decent fine carbonation for the style. Doesn't have a big rich fluffy mouthfeel this one (if only) but the dark malts are suitably rich. Good dark chocolate and ripe soaked bourbon fruits, spicy bourbon booze. The grape brandy seems to lighten and provide a nice contrast to the bourbon, kinda white wine on steroids. Light finish. Works well and slips down dangerously easy.

Medium body with flavors of tart rhubarb, strawberry, yeast and doughy malt. The finish is moderately tart with a strawberry rhubarb aftertaste. Good beer all around.
