Vom Faß im Krongut Bornstedt (als „Bornstedter Büffel Dunkel“). - Rotbraun, gut trüb. - In der Nase Karamel, Hefe, deutliche Säure und schwacher, scharfer Hopfen. - Im Antrunk mildes Karamelmalz und deutliche fruchtige Säure, stärker als bei Dunkelbieren üblich aber noch angenehm, sogar erfrischend. Etwas zu rezent für den säuerlich-dünnen Malzkörper. Ruppiger, unharmonischer Abgang mit Malzbittere und schroffem Hopfen. - Unausgereiftes, unharmonisches Dunkles. Kein Genuß.

Vom Faß im Krongut Bornstedt. - Senfgelb, milchig trüb; kurzlebiger Schaum. - In der Nase Hefe und leicht grasig-zitronige, etwas rauhe Hopfennoten. - Antrunk mild hefig, leicht süßlich hellmalzig und angenehm fruchtig mit Anklängen an Pfirsich. Mild rezent, vollmundig. Im Abgang deutlicher aber etwas schroffer grasiger Hopfen. Schroffer, „grüner" Nachtrunk. - Angenehm weich und etwas fruchtiger als andere Gasthausbrauereien-Biere, aber ebenso schroff und unrund gehopft wie die meisten. Kein echter Genuß.
