On cask at Washington Brewers Cask Festival, pours black with a small tan head. Nose brings out chocolate and oats, with a slight accentuation bourbon and oak. Flavour brings out oak upfront, followed by light cocoa and vanilla. Tastes rather cheap with the bourbon oak chips. I much prefer the original.

On tap at Port Townsend, pours an opaque dark amber with a small white head. Aroma brings out light Christmas spices and bready caramel malts. Flavour is very earthy and spicy, with notes of feet. This isn't very pleasant to me. Too much feet in this.

On tap at Port Townsend, pours an opaque dark amber with a small off-white head. Aroma is very hoppy, with resinous hops and a big caramel malt. Flavour is very robust, with loads of caramel malt and a punch of resinous hops. Very flavourful and cohesive. Really enjoyable amber.

On tap at Port Townsend, pours a deep dark mahogany with a medium beige head. Aroma brings out notes of chocolate, cocoa nibs and a little roast. Flavour is very light for a 6.6% stout, with notes of roast and cocoa. Smooth and creamy on the palate. Very drinkable but not overly thrilling. Decent stout.

On tap at Port Townsend, pours a hazy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is very light, with maybe a touch of English hops. Flavour is extremely bland, with English hops and biscuity notes. Very unambitious beer, not really tasting like much. Meh.
