Description
As part of a museum at the ancestral home of the Earl of Lichfield a 2½BBL log fired plant was installed in 1990. A single beer was made but the brewery then remained unused until September 1996 when Titanic started brewing some beers on the plant. The beers brewed here are one mainly offs and third parties have often use the plant to produce pub house beers.

Bottle from a National Trust location in England. Brighter amber-gold in colour with a small head. It’s very lightly spiced with a small berry fruit evient. It’s mainly a well balanced ale that’s very drinkable.

500ml bottle from Mitchell’s Wines, Meadowhead - Straw yellow body, thin white head. Nose is floral and sweet citrus, taste starts sweet then has a pretty dry finish, with hints of grapefruit. This one is on the rich side, thick mouthfeel, and very refreshing too.

500ml bottle from Mitchells Wines, Meadowhead - Clear reddy auburn body, pillowy white head, fades a bit quick though. Nose is toffee, caramel, butterscotch, a little spicy. Taste is helped by a nice warming bitterness, the caramel, toffee and spice there again. Medium finish, again warming on the way through. I liked this one quite a bit.
