Bottle@Pressklubben, Stockholm. Black colour, small off-white head. Aroma is rye bread, cocoa, some mild chocolate, coffee and dried fruits. Flavour is quite much following the pattern of the aroma. Quite long roasted aftertaste.

25cl shared with Kate. Appearance: almost black, tan head. Aroma: roasted malts, some coffee and coffee. Taste: along the same lines, moderately dry. Bitter finish. Overall: ok, but it's not heavy at all.

Poured from the tap. Near black with small beige head. Mild chocolate, fairly bitter roast malt, not bad.

From tap. Pours clear and golden yellow, foamy and white head. Aroma is citrusy hoppy. Lingering fruity. Crisp hoppy. Smooth citrusy hoppy. Mild estery. Lingering hoppy, fruity far finish.

Tap at Moeder Lambic, Fontainas, 15th February 23. Pours off clear. Aroma is musty, slight sweat. Taste is fresh, grains, sweat, light citrus. Very nice

Bottled. Golden colour, mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is floral, some rye bread, mild grains and some herbal tones. Flavour is sweet grains, some rye, mild herbs, floral and some earthy tones. Somewhat dry palate.

Tap at Moeder Lambic Original, Bryssel. Color is slightly cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Fruits, hops and malts. Decent.

On tap. A clear golden beer with a white head. Aroma of mild citrusy hops, pale malt, grass. Taste of stone fruits, citrus, some grapefruit. Long bitter finish.

Grainy back. Floral fruity with a great deep finish. Grainy bitter, slightly fruity. Nice.
