Dans notre plat pays au nombre incalculable de bières standardisées au nom de la tradition et des recettes éculées si chères à nos industriels.

No Science veut, à l’instar d’un trop petit nombre de brasseries chez nous, vous faire partager ses propres interprétations de recettes dans des styles minoritaires au pays des bières d’abbaye : des I.P.A, Porters, Bitters ou Singles Hop au goût franc, à l’amertume houblonnée dominante sans lourdeur, ni surenchère excessive sur le taux d’alcool.

Fans de longue date de musiques électrifiées qui dépotent et nous influencent jusque dans le choix du nom des bières, nous aimerions apporter avec No Science cette petite note dissonante, ce grain irréductible de distorsion qui peut peut-être indisposer mais qui confère aux choses et évènements cette qualité trop rare des expériences uniques.

0,75l bottle at home. BB 07/2019. black color, small earthy, licorice, coffee, some vanilla, spices. nice smell. full body, pearly carboantion, slick mouthfeel. tastes earthy, coffee, licroice, spices, some vanilla, caramel, peppery. finishes lightly sweet with notes of coffeee, earthy and some vanilla notes. pretty decent one, a bit on the sweet side and also a bit heavy on the carbonation, but overall quite good to drink.

Bottle 750ml. @ [ Pre-Borefts tasting 2018 ] by kermis in Kim Jong-Un Buurtcentrum Zaandam, Noord-Holland. [ As No Science Whack! ].Clear dark black brown colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light brown head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, coffee, dark malt, roasted - chocolate and more coffee. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, wood, coffee, dark malt, sweet malt, roasted - coffee - chocolate. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180920] 7-3-7-3-15

Keg at Moeder Lambic. A light hazed golden orange coloured pour with a a lasting rocky white head. Aroma is semi sweet, orange peel, tangerine, earthy pale grains.. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, rustic bread, grassy oramte hop,. Palate is semi sweet, grainy, moderate carbonation. Little abrasive.. Kool.

Cask at Moeder Lambic, St Gilles, 08/12/18. Lightly hazed pale golden blonde with a well presented lasting off white head. Nose is grassy, lemon curd, melon, lacking hop vibrancy, toasted malts, light breads. Taste comprises melon, tangerine, soft breads, toasted malts, peach. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with modest hop bitterness. Easy drinker and coming in below the ABV however it delivers little and as to where those citra hops are ?

Keg at Moeder Lambic, St Gilles, 08/12/18. Lightly hazed golden orange with a decent off white cap that retains well. Nose is melon, grass, tangerine, citric peel, toasted grains. Taste comprises tangy orange peel, citric tinged straw, melon, toasted malts, slightly astringent. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with moderate hop bitterness. So so.
