Description

Thanks to Bierridder_S @ BBP Anniversary Festival 2017. 330 ml. Bottle sampled, super fresh. Finally a “traditional” grisette from Belgium in collaboration with a Canadian brewery of course. Hazy orange, soapy white head. Nose is massive raw fam-like other grain, spelt? Raw farmland grains, fields, soapy, barn. 3 % ABV clearly shows in the body, touch higher carbonation. Taste is huge interesting other grain, spelt? In raw farm-like fashon, barn, almost funky, farmland, touch watery. If only a bit more body but the grain / malt base / bitterness is quite rustic & great. Cool.
