Bottle from Papsoe! New country for me! BB 8 21 08; Nose of caramel, banana, and vanilla, copper with a small off white head; flavor of caramel, fruitiness, and some light spices; kind of a light Belgian flavor to it!

50 cL bottle. Pours hazzlenut brown with a little lacing off-white head. Aroma is caramel and brewmash. Breadlike and caramel malty flavour, sweet and rye corn. Slight sweet bread and bitter finish.

[bottle] Amber colour, medium head. Sweet, malty aroma with notes of honey. The flavour is more sweet and malty honey followed by a grassy bitterness that really grows on you.

Bottled. A deep red beer with a huge brown head. The aroma is sweet nutty combined with notes of malt, and light notes of fruit and dusty hops. The flavor is sweet malty with strong notes of nuts, and lesser notes of fruit, leading to a dry nutty and slightly bitter finish.

Draught at Københavnske øldage 07. Deep mahogany colour with a beige head. Aroma is coffee, roasted, burned, malt. Flavour is coffee, roasted, burned, fruit, hop, caramel. Nice beer.

Bottled. Amber colour, mediumsized beige bubbly head. Aroma is banana, caramel and yeast. Flavour is caramel, yeastm sour fruits and malts. A really nice surprise from Greenland. A weird sweet note in the finish.
