Big bottle from Tesco. Bright gold in colour, with a thin white head. Crisp lager malt aroma, with a hint of fruity sharpness. Flavour had a touch of lemon fruit, solid lager malts with a hint of sweetness, and a slightly peppery edge, before a moderately bitter finish. A surpridingly good macro lager, that went down well on Sunday

660ml bottle shared with Andy, my brother-in-law on 31st May 2021. Sat on the patio in the afternoon sunshine. Light golden body, clean and clear, on top a white crown. Decent enough blend of grassy hops and malts; nothing to get excited about, but not unpleasant or totally bad. Had a lot worse!

Big 660ml bottle from Tesco - Clear golden body, frothy white top. Nose is grassy, however taste is sweet malty corn leading on to a dry finish. Expected this to be a lot worse than it actually was, so much better than its other UK macro lager counterparts.

660ml bottle. Pours pale gold with a large, frothy head. Aroma is perfumed nutty yeast and a touch of corn. Taste is quite fruity, reminiscent of a bottled bitter but still a touch of lagery corn.

Can called 'Smooth Ale' @ 3.6%. Pours with nitro widget, once settled is amber with a solid chuck of creamy foam on top; looks decent. No big aroma but has sweetness, caramel, toasty malts; fine Taste is the same, pleasant enough, but quite watery in flavour. Little bitterness; could be better Once you can drink through the foam, the body is light but smooth with little carbonation; fine If I fancy a smooth session beer I will stick with Guinness Draught.

Bottle from Nisa Supermarket, Hebden Bridge. Golden with a small head. A hoppy brew but certainly with a light malt base. Has a mix of yeast and fruit, with this perhaps a little more stated in its aroma than taste.
