(Bottle 75 cl) The colour of acacia honey Tina claims, adding that she’s got a bracelet the same colour. Well, so be it: this is acacia honey coloured. Tall bubbly and very full head. Loads of floating impurities. Sweetish with pronounced notes of yeast and a solid hoppiness to level things out. Produced by the "méthode champenoise". 190305

(Bottle 25 cl) Dark brown, dirty looking beer with large amounts of sediment. Limited, light brown head. An extremely heavy beer, in the same style as the best (and strongest) trappist beers from Rochefort and Westfleteren. Resembles portwine with hints of chocolate, dates -basically anything dark, powerful and sweet. The alcohol warms me up. To be enjoyed in small quantities. 210204

Hazy golden colour. Big white head, long lasting. Has alot of citrus in the aroma, also hints of hops and yeast. Has a slighty sweet taste and also a spicey taste, hints of yeast too- The aftertaste is a little dry and slightly bitter. Not a bad beer, but not my favourite.

Fully hazy yellow, wheat colour; good white head, reasonably stable. Milky wheat nose, grains, lightly oppressive; very faint spices, but under the identification treshold. Strange - again wheaty, but quite unlike usual wheatbeer. Quite malty, with a citrus surrounding. Quite carbonated. Aftertaste yiels some low-profile bitterness. It’s got a certain sharpness to it, that reveals itself only after some time. Quite good blonde. I wonder whence the wheat associations, as they aren’t supposed to be there?

Cloudy yellow color, big white head. Aroma of citrus, bit yeast, grain and spices. Spicy and dry taste, bit crisp, quite yeasty, some citrus. Well balanced, not very explicit, but nice belgian ale.

Light leather aroma, mellow mouthfeel, the body is thinning, the alcohol is quite strong, light malt flavor, not much flavor depth, with some hints of leather.
Too old.

Dark brown color; medium sized head. Nice, mild aroma of chocolate, Belgian yeast, cork, spices. Good body strength; spicy chocolate flavor, pleasant residual sweetness. The bitterness is not very high. Warming alcohol. Very enjoyable.

Dark color; nice head. Very complex aroma, with a base of banana and much more (spices? Chocolate? Herbs? Mint? …). High carbonation, but still good malt and strong bitterness.

Slightly cloudy golden color, medium white head. Aroma of hops, some caramel malt, bit spicy, some orange and mandarine. Slightly sweet and bitter taste with fruity notes, like a blonde ale. Quite tasteful, especially for such a low-alcohol beer.

Bottle. Pleasant malty aroma. Dark brown colour, red hue. Malty, spicy, very peppery flavour with a little bonbon to it. Warming alcohol aftertaste. Mouthfeel is a little thick, reminding me that this is strong stuff.

Bottle. Citrus/grapefruit aroma. Slightly cloudy yellow colour. Semi-sweet, quite bitter, citrusy flavour. Grapefruity and hop-aromatic aftertaste.
