We are an East Vancouver craft brewery inspired by tradition and creativity, and go beyond the ordinary to celebrate that which is strange* and extraordinary. The beer we make is influenced both by old world traditions and West coast ingenuity as well as by seasonal ingredients. Our barrel programme promises unique aged beers, and we have a bit of a thing for sour beer.

Poured from the tap. Clear-ish gold with small white head. Underlying resin with sweet biscuit malt, a little boozy, but decent.

473mL can, pours a clear bright golden with a medium white head. Nose is full of resinous hops, pine, sweet biscuity malt and a touch of candi sugar. Flavour is balanced wonderfully, with lots of resinous hops, some pine, and sticky caramel malt. Damn, they can still brew. Beautiful balance between intense resinous hops and sweet bready malt on the finish. Excellent. Easily their best in a very long time.

On tap at Strange Fellows, pours an opaque bright hot pink with a small white head. Aroma brings out lacto, gentle strawberry and a touch of citrus. Flavour is tart and fruity, with lots of juicy strawberry, tart citrus and a lacto base. It's obviously a cheap kettle sour but the fruit combo works reasonably well, bringing out the strawberries nicely without much residual sweetness. Pleasant.

On tap at Strange Fellows, pours a clear dull golden blonde with a small white head. Nose is a lacto bomb with mild yuzu in the background. Flavour is very yogurty, with cheap lacto notes, tart yuzu and more yogurt. Cheap, simple kettle sour. Fine but pretty lame.

Pink and opaque. Thin head. Lots of berry, lemon, quite tart, juicy. Fairly straightforward but clean and enjoyable.
