30/11/2024. Can shared at Ulfborg tasting. Pours clear amber brown with an off-white head. Aroma is meaty, cheesy, smoked, caramel. Not bad but not really for me this one.

Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Light bitter slightly smoked flavor. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate.

Can @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are smoke, bacon, caramel, hops, malt and has a nice smoky finish.

Draft at Atlas, Hanoi. Fairly hazy golden with a big white head. Aroma of light lemongrass, yeast and wheat. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and light bitter. Above light bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap at the Peachy Craft Beer Bar, Hanoi. Poured a murky reddish brown colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy, toffee caramel malt, earthy, mineral, light citrus fruit. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a light, crisp, grainy, light floral hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Bottle at the New Gentry Beerhouse, Hanoi. Poured a clear copper colour with a short-lived frothy white head. The aroma is toffee caramel malt, light fruit, light woody hop. The flavour is moderate sweet light bitter with a smooth, rich treacle toffee malt, light sticky sweet fruit, very light pepper spice, woody hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter sweet finish. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

On draft at Peachy Craft in Hanoi it is a cloudy pale golden color, the aroma of cloves. The taste is somewhat sweet honey with a hint of lemongrass.
