Description
Hi, we’re Van Moll. We’re crazy about beer, which is why we brew it. In 2013 we opened a brew pub in the heart of Eindhoven – our very own flavour lab where everyone can sample our creations. Best idea ever!
We try to delight daily with exciting new tastes and flavours. We experiment and balance, treading the fine line between bold and brazen, without going over the top. A fixed selection of core beers and a varied range of exceptional specials.
Once you’ve mastered the basics, that’s when the adventure really starts. We mix tradition and knowledge with a dash of confidence and cockiness to brew up the perfect party. And that’s exactly what it is: a party for the palate for all who dare.

Draught @ Van Moll Brewpub. Hazy orange color, medium to full sized off-white head that lasts for a decent while. Aroma and taste clearly differ from the original version. In my opinion this one is less good than the original. I get some more sweetness and, even though the orange and light citrus influence is still there, also a bit more herbal flavors. Also less dry in the finish. Still a nice beer, but I prefer the original version.7-3-7-3-13 [one-off Munchener Editie]Earlier Rating: 8/2/2013 Total Score: 3.7Re-rate June 20th 2014. Latest batch is an improvement according to staff and brewer. I must admit they weren’t lying. Sampled at the Brewpub during shareholders pre-opening event. Hazy yellow color, small white head. Smell and taste malts, influences of citrus and orangepeel, a fruity bitterness with a slightly sharp touch. Damn nice for a saison. Medium body, medium carbonation. Nice! 8-2-8-3-15 [3.6]

Draught @ Van Moll Brewpub. Hazy orange color, full sized dense, slightly creamy off-white head that lasts for quite a long time. Aroma is moderately malty, lightly fruity, ripe orange. Taste malts, again a light to moderate fruityness of ripe orange, nice balanced bitterness. Easy drinkable, nice thirstquenching session ale.

Nice full glass @ Van Moll brewpun, Eindhoven. Hazy, apricot orange colour with a small to medium, vast and creamy off-white head. Smells hoppy, fresh, fruity, apricot, peach, pineapple. Tastes like one would expect from the smell. Not watery at all, lovely drinkable and fresh as fuck. Nice!

Draught @ Van Moll Brewpub. Clear orange color, medium sized off - white head. Aroma is not as outspoken as I had expected: lightly malts, lightly hops. Taste lightly malts, lightly hop, nicely bitter. Medium body and carbonation. Still think the Rakau is the best so far, but a nice session ale it certainly is.

Black colour, dissipating tan head. Vegetables aroma, paprika, roasted malts and cacao. Bit thin body, doesn’t feel like 9.5% at all. Malty finish, caramel, coffee and toast. Quite OK brew, but expected a bit more. Misses body. Most brilliant name though.

Golden colour, slightest haze, firm white head. Fruity aroma, apricot, acacia honey. Quite sweet sugary flavour, malts, fruity notes. Hefty carbonation, lots of CO2 trying to escape. Fruity floral finish. Nice tripel, bit over-carbonated though.
