medium golden color. Thin white head. Nice cereal malt, grassy hops and a touch of lemon in the nose. Not as rustic as a real German Keller bier but this is very solid, medium bitterness earthy, grassy, lots of cereal, a bit too clear. But overall very good non-German take.

cloudy medium brown color. Sweet nose with lactose and chocolate but coffee character is a bit lost. The coffee shines a lot more on the palate with lots of green pepper, chocolate and some lactose notes. Smooth body. Low carbonation. Very drinkable not too sweet or cloying. Nice

slightly hazy golden color. Slightly funky yeasty nose with bright hoppy character. Tons of pineapples and citrus notes. Medium body, very dry, nice dried fruit, citrus and pineapple character on the palate. Pretty nice stuff

200mls at Wiz, Tokyo, pours a clear gold, ring of white head. Nose has candy, flowers, light herbs. Saison hits in the flavor, DuPont yeast and green peppercorns make an appearance, then candy and dandelions. Finishes off dry and eatery. Decent enough Saison. 6 2 7 3 12
