Clear gold with a rich white head. Perfumy and light herbal umame notes, slightly perfume and herbal note.

Tap. Nose is caramel malt and yuzu. Cloudy deep amber color. Sweet malt flavor, with lots of yuzu. Well balanced, nice combination. Nice.

Tap at Takumiya. Nose is biscuity malt, citrus, soap. Fruity, malty, sweet, soapy, with lots of citrus, almost lemon candy. Maybe a touch of mushroom umami, but not much, and too sweet to really be brut. Not bad but why?

lots of blueberry and raspberry low carbonation bitterness. Lots of berry well balanced. Fun.

Nice, light spice, malty body, bit of ginger? Easy drinking. Perhaps a tad thin but I like the strength.

MARCA Coconut Porter 5% Deep brown with a wispy beige head and a roasty cocoa aroma. The medium to light body gives lots of cocoa paste but very little coconut except in the finish. It’s ok. At Ibaraki Bakuon.

Marca Yoroshiku Very Porter 6.5% Murky brown with a wispy beige head and a fruity plum/fig aroma. Medium bodied intensely fruity. My impression of this is a dry baby barleywine.

Tap at Soul Bird. Earthy, twiggy and lemon drops. Citra everywhere. Bit sweet and maybe a touch boozy. Not quite sure, but I think I like it.
