Festivals are a good chance to try beers that are usually fairly pricey or not locally available.
Vertere Eugenia NZIPA 7% 10 IBU
This was a great looking milky gold with a thick head of off-head foam and a mouthwatering tropical fruit juice aroma.
Medium to full bodied with quite a smooth mouthfeel. The taste is very juicy, orange julep sweet citrus and a guava/mango blend tropicality.
Great stuff.
