On tap at Hong Kong Island Taphouse, pours a cloudy copper amber with a small white head. Aroma brings out gentle bready malt, not much in the hop department. Flavour is dry, with bready malt, and really not much else. Boring stuff.

On tap at Hong Kong Island Taphouse, pours a cloudy golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out juicy tangerines upfront, with a hint of saison yeast. Flavour is almost like drinking orange juice, with some gentle farmhouse notes. Juicy and rustic. Good stuff.

On tap at Kowloon Taproom, pours a clear golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out earthy hops, a little pine, and biscuity malt. Flavour is quite piney in the hop department, with a nice oily resinous note in back, and enough semi-sweet cereal malt to provide balance. Balanced and constructed well. Good stuff.

33cl bottle: BB 14th May 2020. Drank in The Bun House, China Town, London on 8th Aug 2019. The body is an amber/copper colour, off-white crown. Fairly sweet in nature with a lot more maltiness than hoppiness, caramel being the main player aroma and taste wise.

Bottle @ Bun House, Soho, London. Copper-gold with more of the latter on show. It's a mildly spiced ginger-like radler, certainly not exciting, but compliments the food well in this place well enough.

330ml bottle, takeout from Bun House alongside some lovely fresh steamed buns. Pours amber with a faint mist, small foamy white head. Aroma brings lemon and lime, sea air, herbal tea, distant peppermint, explored further to taste. Quite different for a radler. Like it.
