Pours a rich amber (SRM 4-5), not much head but day old in crowler. Malty sniff with some light floral and heavy fruit numbers. Pomegranate definitely there in the mouth, slightly hibiscus (although less tart). Kind of a caramel

Very nice. Murky coffee pour, dark brown, no head. Soft roasty nose. Not getting a lot of the chili at first although a bit of fruit from it. The chilli builds nicely at the back of the throat and there’s maybe a touch of tingle as it opens
