Bottle shared at Zozo's, courtesy of Lajos. Pours black with a beige head. Nose is coffee, vanilla, some booze, dark chocolate and dried fruits. Taste is mainly led by the coffee and dark chocolate/dark malts with touches of vanilla and the whiskey BA. Closes with a long lasting sweet boozey, chocolatey coffee finish, has a medium body and sof carbo, drinks below the ABV.

Bottle at home, cellared this for almost 2 years. Pours black with no head. Nose is chocolate, light molasses, dark sugars. Taste is sweetish, chocolatey, nougaty, a tad boozy. The body is silky, medium to full, carbonation is close to zero. Not bad, but not outstanding either, the coconut is almost completely gone tho.

Black with zero head. Oily smooth body though not quite as thick. Sweet chocolate, lightly roasted notes, vanilla, a bit of oak, molasses. I don’t pick up much rum but it could be overpowered by the molasses I guess. Finish is sweet. A bit of a letdown. Needs carbonation because there is none and the rum barrel aging is either non-existent or done in a way that comes out like molasses just like other heavy porters and stouts.

Sampled at Warsaw Beer Festival, spring 2018. Unclear yellow body under a white head. Both aroma and flavor is dominated by passion fruit and medium acidity. Flavor is very refreshing, passion fruit, some lemonade, medium acidity, not too much lacto/yogurt. Quite light bodied, but that feels right for this kind of 3,8% ABV beer. Nice in aftertaste and all in all a nice thirst quencher with a certain balance.

Sampled at Warsaw Beer Festival, spring 2018. Hazy yellow body with a small white head. Aroma is juicy passion fruit. Flavor is medium acidic passion fruit, quite juicy in general. Medium body and passion fruit aftertaste. Not bad, but a bit one-dimensional.

Sampled at Warsaw Beer Festival, spring 2018. Black body with a small beige head. A nice stout with lots of roasted coffee, both in aroma and taste. The first sip feels almost too much coffee, but then the sweet malt and chocolate flavor opens up and makes a great balance here. Still pretty heavy on the coffee but highly enjoyable. You probably needs to like coffee to appreciate this but otherwise this is a fine well made stout with a good hoppy finish.
