Bomber from Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours like slightly ruddy orange juice - pulp in the bottom. Smells like orange juice with some "blood orange" zest. Med body at least. It is full of citrus - tart/bitter. Zest and hint of bergamot. Rather wow.

Sampled from a 12 oz clear bottle this cider poured a pinkish clear color with a small soapy white head that left no lacing. The aroma was tangy and sweet apple and a hint of artificial berry. The flavor was tart and tangy berry, apple and apple peel. Long tart berry and apple finish. Medium body. Decent.

Sampled from a 12 oz clear bottle this cider poured a crystal clear pale yellow with a small soapy white head that left no lacing. The aroma was sweet sugar and pineapple. The flavor was tangy and sweet sugar, pineapple and apple. Long finish. Moderately full bodied and almost syrupy. Solid.

Nice dry cider. Good balanced sweet/tart apple complexity; with a bone dry finish with slight lingering acidity. Very smooth/light carb.

Sampled from the bottle. Pours a clear pale yellow with a white head that dissipates completely. Aroma has lots of sweet apple with spice and cinnamon supporting. Flavor has notes of dry earthy apple with spice underlying.

Draught at Cambridge Commons, 9/26/15.
Bright, almost neon-like yellow. Looks like mountain dew, with same fizzy white head that immediately fizzles out. Clear, bubbly.
Smells like pineapple hard candy. Tastes like pineapple hard candy. Fizzy, force carbonated texture, watery. Extremely sweet. I COULD imagine a more syrupy, artificially flavored pineapple alcopop, but this is still pretty despicable.

Honestly, not a bad brew. Bottle at at BBQ. Pours a clear yellow color with a fizzy white head. A big actually pleasant nose of big pineapple. Light pineapple sweet juice flavors, apple cider. Very smooth and sweet. Easygoing.
