On the fruit cider terror of spring 2015. Taste is petty good and yes it is not cloying. Quite friendly even as the temp rises. Does have a tint of red orange in there but it mostly looks amber. Some unfermented sugar in there fer sure. OK by me.

On tap at bocktown this is a sweet soda pop thing that is very easy to take. Lots of sweet unfermented pinaple juice in this. If the pineapple was dry, it would not taste as good. Yes, well done beverage in line wit lemon radlers and sweet fru fru fruity lambics yeah. good sweet stuff, you’d never know there was alky in this, be careful, its 5%. Never artificial, good job.

[2/16/15] Draught at Cameron’s Inn in Half Moon Bay. Clear pale yellow. Aroma of pear candy, watermelon bubblegum and a cucumber touch. Very sweet flavor, candy-ish, with fruit candies. Light-bodied. Bad.

bottle - Pours clear gold and smells of ripe apples. It’s definitely a sweet cider. Honey. Refreshing but sweeter than I’d like. Very straightforward.

On tap at Elizabeth Station, pours crystal clear pale yellow with no head. Aroma smells like pure pineapple juice, with medium-high sweetness. Flavour is basically like lightly carbonated pineapple juice. Not complexity or elegance, but it's fun enough to drink.

On tap at Skagit River, pours a clear golden with no head. Aroma is quite sweet, with mixed berries and residual sugar. Flavour is fruity, with mixed berries and medium-high sweetness. Drinks like a pop, quite sweet and drinkable. Not complex, but enjoyable nonetheless.

Capped 750 from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Color is towards hazy perry. Aroma is a mix of apple and wine. Med minus body, but there’s body. Flavor is rather sweet/tart with a lot of oak. The wine aspect tends to overtop the cider IMHO. Pretty astringent. Finishes apple/grape/oak. And oak.

Draft at the Springfield VA Yard House location. Poured a clear yellow color without much of a head. Some wispy notes. Aroma was sweet pineapple notes, some light cider character. Flavor was like straight pineapple juice. Not awful, but just like fruit juice.

12 ounce bottle from Wegman’s Lake Manassas, opened 11/11/14. Pours pale golden with no head. Aroma of sweet apples and mild spice. The taste is spice, tart and sweet pumpkin. Thin bodied.
