Draft at Black Squirrel. Clear golden color. Nice spiced apple aroma on a background of buffalo wings, thanks to ajax25g who is sitting next to me munching away. Taste is smooth and spiced. Not bad.

bottle - Well, this one is kind of different. It’s just as advertised. Pineapple is obvious in the aroma and clearly leads the flavor, giving it a tart flavor along with the usual sweet cider. It works okay though to me this isn’t the best flavor combination. Decent.

12 ounce bottle from Beer Run. Pours a clear pale yellow with no head. Aroma of sickly sweet pineapple and a hint of apples. The taste is tart pineapple, intense sweet pineapple, a hint of apple. Thin bodied, overly sweet. Poor cider, if it even is a cider.

Feety stewed apple aroma. Clear amber with hanging carbonation, it neither rises nor falls. Sticky sweet apple that becomes a little tangy, but still very sweet. Not much berry character and far too sweet.

Unmistakable aroma of pineapple juice, new plastic, cola champagne. Clear pale yellow. Pineapple is dominant, but with an apple base. Very tangy. There’s kind of a caramelized pineapple note on the back of the palate. For what it’s worth, I have a condition that causes my face to sweat when I eat pineapple. This beverage didn’t affect me in that way. I don’t know if that means its synthetic pineapple flavor, but this did have a chemistry lab feel about it.

Bottle from BOTW. Slightly sugary apple nose, some minerals. Pale gold. Some bubbles. Sweet apples, minerals, finishes somewhat dry and minerally. Low carbonation. Not so interesting, and a bit weird in the after taste, but drinkable.

This was poured into a wine glass.
The appearance was a golden yellow to orange color with a decent transparency about it allowing a light carbonation to be seen rising throughout.
The smell had a deep dry apple vinous and spritz inessential pummeling my nose.
The taste was mainly the same thing with a slight sweetness trying to come in.
On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a decent sessionability about it. The carbonation was harsh and dry.
Overall, maybe okay for those that like this sort of thing, thanks for the tick as I probably wouldn’t come back to this.

Apple and cinnamon nose. Hazy golden. Apple, rice, very light cinnamon and pumpkin flavor. Light body. Mulled cider at first glance, but the pumpkin presence is evident upon reflection. Tasty.
