This was poured into a wine glass.
The appearance was a light hazy golden orange color with a quarter finger of white bubbliness that left no lacing. Lots of bubbles rose to the surface.
The smell started off with mainly apples, dry and crisp.
The taste was bitter and sweet as the apples take on a slight tartness to it.
On the palate, this one sat fairly harsh on the tongue through the carbonation. A light vinous quality ran over my tongue.
Overall, just another hard cider to me. I can’t say I’d have this again.

This was poured into a wine glass.
The appearance was a hazy burnt orange color with a rapidly dissipating bubbly white head that left no lacing.
The smell had some apple cider aromas around what seemed to be ginger and a light honey.
The taste was exactly the same.
On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a fairly harsh carbonation pounding my tongue. \"Ouch, what did I do to you? \" It came across pretty dry as well. I don’t find this too sessionable either.
Overall, uh...good for a cider but nothing I’d have again.

Sample at Gallo’s Tap Room. Clear pale yellow color with a thin fizzy white head that evaporates quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lacing. Aroma of pineapple and wheat. Light-bodied with flavors of pineapple juice and mild spice. The finish is straight carbonated pinapple soda. Decent for what it is.

Bottle from Total Wine in Sacramento, CA. Pours a light color - gold in one light, pale berry in another. Aroma is very lightly berry. Med minus body. Flavor is sort of sweet, going to sort of tart. For me it’s not very berry.

Tap at Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours light clear gold with a foamy white head. Aroma seems pineapple! Near med body. Flavor is quite tart pineapple, followed by sweetish pineapple and finally a little apple. Starts tart. Finishes not dry. Go figure. Quite different.

Bottle at home.pours Chardonnay colored with pretty nice nose of pears. Tastes of pear, tart apple, butter, Chardonnay, and a touch artificial. Slight syrupy palate. But refreshing enough as a midnight treat.

Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a bright yellow-gold color with a small soapy white head that faded quickly and left no lacing. The aroma was tangy, sour, buttery and a bit off with faint clove and cinnamon underneath. The flavor was tangy, tart and astringent with sharp cinnamon and apple. Medium length tart and astringent apple and cinnamon finish. Light body. Not good.

Bottle. A- Berries, apples. A- Light purple color, clear liquid, no head. T- Strong berry taste, apples, very sweet, medium sourness. P- Light body, average texture, medium high carbonation, tart finish. O- Overly strong taste and very sweet. The fresh juices are decent but just don’t blend well. This could be done much better and just leaves so much to be desired.

Bottle that popped up in a bargain bin at Nugget Market in Woodland, CA. Pours gold with no head. Light aromas of pie spice. Med minus body. Flavor is a bit tart (is that crisp?) with light pie spice. Not sure about squash. Fairly tasty stuff.
