Can. Beer Central Sheffield. Mostly clear burnished gold. Ring of suds. Belgian yeast and sweet biscuit grain. Some toffee caramel notes. Taste has a light sweetness with a fairy heavy burnt caramel bitterness. A little bit hard work really.

Can. Beer Central Sheffield. Misty deep gold. Thin white foam. Nose has cucumber and the fresh mint. Light but discernible strawberry. Clean Saison yeasty background. Dry and lean with some hop bitterness. Refreshing and clean overall. Good gear.

10/12/2022. Can shared with ITFCDan. From Beer Central, Sheffield. Pours clear pale orange amber with a frothy white head. Aroma is yeasty, herbal, citrus, malt, banana, straw, farmyard edge. Medium sweetness, light bitterness and tartness. Medium body, slightly creamy, average carbonation. Good.

Cask. Gravity dispense. Steel City beer festival. Mostly clear gold with a bubbly white foam. Nicely sticky marmalade character. Medium to full bodied. Sappy bitterness. Tasty fayre.

Can. Dram Shop Sheffield. Hazed deep orange. Glossy topped sticky white foam. Looks the beans. Nose has spicy biscuit malt. Super fresh hop leaf is all minty and floral. Taste is sweet and biscuity with a fleshy hop leaf and. Smooth and foamy on the palate. Finish ends up crisp and clean. Good gear.

Can. Beer Central Sheffield. Mostly clear deep coppery red. Very nice dense pale beige swede. Nose has toffee apple toffee. Damson jam. Sappy pine. Buttered malt loaf. Taste is sticky sweet first off turning big and sappy, resinous bitter. Clean and fresh on the palate. Foamy carbonation. Huge bitterness to finish. Really nice red IPA.

Can. Beer Central Sheffield. Medium hazed pale gold. Nicely sticky white foam. Nose has oats. Cryo hops. Some peachy notes. Smells a bit boiled. Taste is pretty sweet. Modicum of earthy bitterness. Slick on the palate with foamy carbonation. Light bitter finish.

26/2/2022. Can shared with the ITFC boys at the Morecambe tasting. From Beer Central, Sheffield. South Yorkshire rating #150.Pours clear dark bronze brown with a small frothy beige head. Aroma of chocolate, roasted malt, hops, citrus, rye bread. Moderate sweetness, medium plus roasted bitterness. Medium body, oily mouthfeel, above average carbonation. Good, though would have liked less fizz.
