500ml can into pint glass. Wonderful nose of stonefruit, rockmelon, mango, and orange rind. Underlying malt too. Hazy golden beer with thin white head. Light carbonation. Fresh and bitter in the mouth. Flat mouthfeel, oily texture. Some earthy notes and distant malt but the finish is pure grapefruit juice. Excellent, refreshing. Have it in the morning with your corn flakes!

Canned 8 days ago. Almost opaque gold with a modest white head. 3 Aroma of peach, mandarins, green herbs, mango, crackers. 8 Light bodied. Fruity with floaty peach bubblegum being the main thing until a surprisingly bitter finish where unfortunately the onion chivey flavours assert themselves a bit and it's a bit harsh - or maybe there's bit of yeasty bite involved too. The finish spoils the party for me, but still pretty good.

(Can) Pours hazy amber with small dense white head. Lovely fruity aroma. Excellent palate - smooth, full bodied with fine carbonation. Great taste - rich, complex and well balanced. Plenty of fruit up front nicely balanced by some initially subtle toffee sweetness. As the hop bitterness appears it provide a distinct contrast and a crisp finish. Excellent beer.

(Can)Pours hazy amber with good white head. Nice aroma of pine and citrus. Medium body, good carbonation. Taste is hop dominated over a light biscuity malt base. A little thin in the mid palate, good long finish. Pleasant beer.

Tap at Beer DeLuxe, Federation Square, Melbourne. Poured a hazy medium amber with a thin broken white head. The aroma is malt, big juicy resin hop, light alcohol. The flavour is moderate to strong bitter with a rich malt, warm alcoholic, resin woody hop, light fruit palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. A decent example of the style, but no world beater.

(Can) Pours hazy deep brown with small sense tan head. Great aroma of pine and tropical fruit. Medium body with excellent carbonation giving smooth and bright mouthfeel. Great taste being an excellent balance between hops and toffee malt sweetness. In the start the hops give refreshing fruitiness and in the finish very nice bitterness. Excellent beer.

This one's an interesting blend of old school and new school west coast IPAs. It has loads of old-school bitterness when you swallow it, but there's also some peach and cherry, as well as grapefruit and pine, with some malt in the form of honey and bread. The aroma is dominated by peach, mint, some passionfruit and grain. It's slightly discombobulated but quite enjoyable.

Can. Pours darkest brown. Aroma is ash tray, tar, peat, some milk coffee lurking behind. Smells like my girlfriend after she just had a smoke. As it warms up, more coffee and chocolate appear. Still, ash. Body is medium, bitter and dry, with a lively carbonation. Dusty, with chocolate and coffee. Lots of lactose too. Sweetish palate. Unusual, but not bad.

Can. Pours cloudy amber. Aroma is tropical fruit, mango, passion fruit, citric fruit, low pine. Body is medium, strongly bitter, quite fruity, a bit juicy and oily without really going down the NEIPA path. Low onion, but really most tropical fruit, including some zest and peel. Lingering fruit palate. Good!
