Aromas of pepper, rye, lemon, passionfruit and pineapple. Lots of pine, lemon, rye, grapefruit, mint in the mouth, all wrapped up with a lovely thick palate and a good length. Very enjoyable.

Pours pale gold with a large white head.Nose shwos pineapple, pine, grassy and spicy hops along with soft bready malt.Flavours include more grassy, spicy and herbal hops along with some delicate bready malt.

Draft at Brewers Feast 2019 (Abbotsford Convent). Pours cloudy yellow. Big passionfruit nose.Nice mix of sweet and sour passionfruit with some lactose to ease the journey. Worth a revisit.

On tap at Good Beer Week 2019 Launch Gala. Pours almost orange, but bereft of haze. Lots of citrus on nose. Strong grapefruit flavours. The bitterness keeps up thankfully. Very nicely done.

Canned 18 Feb. Deep gold with a white head. 3+ Aroma of grapefruit, herbal lemon, some mango skin, a little pine. A nice rendition of a familiar song. A little bread behind if you squint. Just enough body and breadcrust flavours to rest the hops on. The dank topical notes are a little more prominent than suggested in the aroma. Brief sweetness, a burst of fruit, then pine and herbal notes towards the fairly bitter and dry finish. Is the fact that The Salesman is an XPA commentary? And am I supposed to have a fix on whose picture that is? Anyway I really liked it.

From a 355ml can on 22/2/2019. Pours a clear medium golden with a smallish head. Has a fairly distinct sharp citrus nose. The flavour basically follows suit - lots of sweet citrus, along with lemon, grapefruit and a touch of pine in the tart, almost sour finsh. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Interesting enough if not necessarily a real winner.

Can. Cloudy deep gold/amber. Funk on nose. Surprisingly full-bodied sour and more impressive for it. Not super pucker, with more hops than pure fruit flavour. Quirky.

It's not surprising to see the CoConspirators go for a serious, full-on sour. You can definitely taste the original Matriarch in this beer. I smell a fair bit of passionfruit, mango and lemon, and that lemon is very prominent on tasting, perhaps slightly overwhelming the other NEIPA aspects.
