From a 440ml can on 15/12/2020. Pours a hazy light medium golden with a medium head. The nose is strongly zesty with lots of sharp citrus. The taste is more tropical, with mango dominating the sweetness up front, but the citrus kicks in with the bitterness, with a good dash of tangerine and mandarin presenting. The absence of lactose notwithstanding, the mouthfeel is quite silky, with the carbonation average. This is a good'n - lovely flavours and great balance. Excellent beer.

In a little 200ml can for Canvent 2020. Deep bronze. Caramel and raisin nose. Thin. Flush with flavour. Boozy, Christmas cake figgy goodness. Splendid.

From a 440ml can on 28/11/2020. Pours a hazy light golden/straw with a smallish head. Has a pleasant light citrus nose. Flavour wise, it's got citrus, stone and tropical fruit up front with a nice, quite restrained bitterness balancing things out. The mouthfeel is pillowy, the carbonation moderate. Deeds hazies are often take you on a wild adventure which finish happily more often than not. This one is a bit more straight forward and subtle but comes together beautifully. Absolutely in tune. And might be the first Deeds I seen that sells for under ten bucks!

Just a smooth talkin criminal. I get pineapple, watermelon, pine needle and biscuit notes. The biscuit and pine needles are prominent in the mouth, with honey and just a hint of apricot. Thick, juicy and way too easy to drink.

Can. Yep, it's hazy... and sort of amber orange. Smells like mandarin. Much more subtle than most hazy efforts from these guys. Too subtle.

Aromas of pine needles, peach, honey and biscuit. A very soft finish coats the tongue. Extremely easy drinking.

Can at local French bistro Bon Ap. I was sitting in the sun catching up with work colleagues for the first time face-to-face in six months. My steak tartare was delicious. And this little fruity number with just a splash of bitterness did its job. And that's what a session ale is for.

From a 440ml can on 14/11/2020 (shared by Butz with thanks). Pours a clear light golden with a medium head. The nose is bready and vinous. Has quite a strong chardonnay taste from the barrel with some wood and sweet fruit in the background. Finishes reasonably sour. The mouthfeel is slick, the carbonation moderate. An odd and reasonably interesting beer that doesn't quite come together, but props to Deeds for pushing the envelope. Glad I tried it but wouldn't revisit.

Can from Carwyn Collaborational. Hazy yellow. A bit goopy in mouth. Pure fruit salad nose, a fruit salad that has been in the sun for a few hours and is tempting all the flies in the neighbourhood. Taste is a tad more subtle, but still Carmen Miranda level fruit. Lush!

From a 440ml can on 12/11/2020. Pour s a thick murky light golden with a small head. The nose is a mixture of ripe fruit and a bit of spice. Taste wise, it features lots of sweet stone and tropical fruit, which is tempered by a quite spicy, warming bitterness featuring citrus and peel and hint of booze, with some grapefruit notes lingering at the back of the tongue. Has just a touch of hop burn but not enough to upset me. Full bodied with a quite milky mouthfeel. Moderate to average carbonation. Reasonably intense but very tasty. Nice stuff.
