Pint on tap at Bodriggy, Collingwood. Golden amber beer with a thin white head, light carbonation. Good sequential lacing. Nose of malt and fruit. Taste has more malt than I expected. Balancing hops in the dry finish round it off. Very nice pale with an atypical flavour profile. Cleansing, refreshing.

Schooner on tap at Hotel Jesus, Collingwood. Cloudy amber beer with a foamy white head. Fresh nose, little touch of citrus. Beautiful earthy drinkable ale. Goes real well with Mexican food.

Pint on tap at Green Man Arms, Carlton. Pours a hazy amber with a thin white head. Light carbonation. Nose of yeasty sourness and salt. Light body, slight zing. Finish is more sourness. Little bit of fruitiness. Not bad, a bit lightweight. Could use a bit more 'oomph' but then may not be as refreshing.

Aromas of pear, lemon, toast and orange. Very orangey taste with just a hint of mango, and that toast coming through as well. Pleasant.

Can. This version, canned late 6/22, is 9.6% ABV. Black with a tan head that fades to a fat coat. Aroma of deep roast, toasted coconut, chocolate, some vanilla. Short of syrupy. Avoids the flabbiness of some of these flavoured stouts. Perhaps there's more chocolate in the taste but it doesn't get too sweet - there's firmish roast, a rummy touch of toasted coconut and a fair bit of bitterness. Good.

An excellent blend of aromas, including orange peel, pine needles, caramel, biscuit and tobacco. Lacking a bit of body, but a nice citrus burst and toasty malt backbone.

Can. Clear amber with a 2cm near white head. Shyish aroma of oranges, spiced bread, some pine. Just medium bodied, moderate carbonation. Very clean with berry and breadcrust sweetness that gives way to a piney, peppery & floral bitter finish. Fits together very well. Good beer for a young legend.

A rich, sticky aroma of dates, pastry, butter and citrus. A balanced palate with a creamy mouthfeel. Delicious.

The orange and mandarin definitely present themselves. Not sure what hibiscus smells like, so don't know what I'm looking for there! But I also get some nougat, biscuit and a little something that's almost like lavender. It's a little less interesting on tasting. The citrus is strong, but the malt kind of disappears and it finishes short.
