On tap at the brewery. Slightly hazy light amber with a white head. Aroma of hops, citrus, some bread and malt. The same in the taste. The bitterness was medium.

Half pour at the brewery, is an opaque cola brown with some creamy, beige head. Nose has grist, toast, cracker, brown sugar, some pine, earthy notes. Flavor has black tea, burnt toast, some dried cocoa now, some toffee too. Finishes tooth licking dry. A welcome departure. 7 4 7 4 14

Half pour at the brewery is a mostly clear, dark orange with some sudsy white head. Nose has pineapple, potpourri, orange, some grist. Flavor has a lot of grist, grain, orange peel, grasses, potpourri. Finishes dry and bitter. A decent enough IPA but god, people gotta stop calling stuff Hazy. Sets you up for failure. 7 4 7 3 13

2019 vintage on tap at the brewery, pours an opaque black, creamy beige head. Nose has licorice, malt, chocolate covered cherries, licorice, some freeze dried ice cream. Flavor is sweet with licorice and molasses, some toasted marshmallow here, raisnette. Finishes full bodied, but pretty damn smooth for 10.3%. I don’t get a ton of barrel either.

Half pint at the brewery, pours a clear gold with some sudsy, white head. Nose has some green melon, malt, honey, some herbs. Flavor is herbal, flowers too, some orange or lemon bitterness, malt, honey. Crisp, dry finish.

Can. Pale gold with a white head. Aroma of mandarin, lime, tinned peach, light pine & crackers. (Too) light bodied for its strength. Pretty lean with taut citrus and some herbal flavours gripping towards the fairly bitter finish. Pretty good.

Can from the brewery. Poured a slightly hazy golden colour with a big frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, zesty tropical citrus, light lactose. The flavour is moderate bitter sweet, with a crisp, fresh, fruity, light dry hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter sweet finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
