GABS Auckland 2018. Pours sickly pale. Lemon, funk, salt, bit herbal. Nice light body. An excellent gose.

Can. So much for Donoghue v. Stevenson. Hazy gold with a white head. Aroma of crackers,lemon, brine, grass. Just edging up on sour with quite high carbonation. Crackers, old lemon, brine. Tastes much like a normal gose, with the parsley leafiness sticking out a little. I probably imagined the hint of meatiness - really the snails have left no trail. Quite refreshing.

Can. Just hazy pale gold with a white head. Aroma of grass, crackers, biscuit, passionfruit, oranges. Slightly creamy texture, carbonation is one the low side of moderate. Pale malt has that unobtrusive richness that vanishes under moderate but very nice hopping. Grassy with some gentle fruit oil touches. Moderately bitter and a little peppery at the end. Good.
