Can. Just hazy pale gold with a white head. Aroma of grass, crackers, biscuit, passionfruit, oranges. Slightly creamy texture, carbonation is one the low side of moderate. Pale malt has that unobtrusive richness that vanishes under moderate but very nice hopping. Grassy with some gentle fruit oil touches. Moderately bitter and a little peppery at the end. Good.

Can. Slightly hazy pale gold with a fluffy white head. Big Kiwi hop aroma with under-ripe passionfruit, lime, mango, grass, hay. Some orange too - it's quite juicy. But there is enough (erm) transparency in the just slightly biscuity malt to remind you it's a lager. Finish is moderately bitter with minor astringency. Less austere than some of the Kiwi lagers, but very nice.

Tap at the Alehouse Project, Melbourne. Poured a clear dark brown with a frothy light tan head. The aroma is roasty malt, Citra hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a fresh crisp, dry malt, light pepper spice, dry charcoal, hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Can. Amber. Just hazy with a huge white head. Aroma of pine shavings, not very vibrant orange blossoms, white pepper, crackers. Upon a taste, maybe it's a little earthy too. Lightish bodied with moderate carbonation. Not much sweetness but the crackery malt is enough to underpin. Sets of this somewhat confusing (to me) hop rather well. Turns out to be less piney and more spicy and floral than suggested by the aroma. Medium high bitterness. Interesting, well worth another go or two.
