Tap at Craft Beer Spot Prague. Black pour, beige head. Chocolate, light coffee, toffee, some nuts, it's all there. Well balanced, crisp and tasty dunkel, one of the best ones of this style I've had so far.

Tap at U Sumavy. Med-thin body, medium carbonation. Med-high bitterness, a bit of a sharp grassy edge, but not bad. Hops centered, with nice mix of gooseberry, elderflower, a bit of grassy and dank. Light caramelly maltiness and sweetness to round it out. Easy drinking, good balance, tasty, good.

Bottled 750ml. -Courtesy of Marko, shared with him & Hrabren, thanks! Pitch black coloured, medium sized beige head, vinous fruity nose. Buttery, caramel, vinous fruity and touch of wood with discreet alcohol in the finish.

0.75l bottle from the brewery shared with Hrabren and Ogi. Pitch black body, tiny off-white head. Oaky, dried fruit aroma, bit buttery - but seems from the barrel there. Lean, dry oak barrel-driven taste, vanilla, creamy, spicy, light wood, smooth, trace yeastiness in the finish, some red fruit - I'd bet the barrels were wine barrels. This is actually nice overall, the base beer is covered by the barrel, but it works!

0.75 l bottle thanks to Marko who brought it from Prague, shared with Ogi and him. Dark brown, amber hue. Small lasting tan head. Aroma is oak and vinous, grape skins, dried fruit, dark bread, butter, some leather, some spice. Alcohol hidden. Medium body, slick, smooth. Flavour is oak, wood, dried fruit, sweetness. Sticky. Finishes dry and tart.

PET from the brewery, shared at Drinkoteka. Hazy dark amber body, brownish. Lean, dry taste, cookies, oddly herbal notes, a bit soupy. Creamy in a way, may have been good fresh, but it's dead sadly, and since the brewery is still selling it, this much it gets.

PET at the brewery. Hazy golden body, off-white head. Herbal, bit spicy aroma. The taste is herbal, bit fruity, dryish, lightly oxidized, not too bitter, quite smooth, bit flat. Shame I didn't catch it earlier, but after months in the PET, but it was holding up nicely enough. Love the concept, really glad I got to catch it!
